Adding Your Server

How to create a listing for your Discord server using our Dashboard.

  1. Login to our dashboard.
  2. Invite Discollab to your Discord server. Ensure the bot keeps the permissions it initially requests.
  3. Begin setting up your listing. Here's the info we require to keep your listing enabled and visible:
    • Invite: A valid, permanent, and unlimited usage invite to your Discord server. Only include the code or vanity, not a full link.
    • Category: A category from our pre-defined selection of Discord server categories.
    • Short description: A brief message describing what users can expect in your server.
    • Full description: A long, and styled description providing more information on your server.

Managing Your Server Listing

How to maintain your new listing and ensure it remains enabled.

Your server listing may be automatically disabled and hidden from the public if any of the following are detected:

  • Missing bot: Our Discord bot isn't in the server you listed.
  • Invalid invite: The invite you provided for your server, has expired, has a typo, or is otherwise invalid.
  • Unknown Server: Your Discord server no longer exists.
  • Guidelines violation: The listing and its content or its Discord server violates our guidelines.

Your server listing will be automatically enabled and visible to the public soon after any outstanding problems have been addressed. Now, you can get back to growth!
