Discollab is a product operated by BrowseAura, a registered business in, AB, Canada. These Privacy Policy terms explain how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Discollab, its services, and products ("Products"). 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Discord authentication

We use Discord OAuth2 to authenticate your identity when you log in. To provide our services, we temporarily store your Discord access token for no more than 7 days. Tokens are used only to authenticate your account and access Discord-related information required for our Products.

1.2 User profile information

We collect basic profile information provided by Discord, including, but not limited to:

  • Username
  • Avatar
  • Discord servers your account is in

1.3 Server and bot information

When you submit a server or bot listing, we collect information you provide, such as:

  • Server or bot name and ID
  • Server icon or bot avatar
  • Other related metadata

Rejected bot submissions are deleted immediately. Approved submissions are retained indefinitely for public display and functionality.

1.4 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how users interact with our site, including pages visited, time spent, and general usage patterns.

1.5 Payments

We do not directly process payments. Premium membership, and all other payments are handled exclusively by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store credit card or financial information.

  • Authentication: To securely log in via Discord and maintain session functionality.
  • Listings: To display your server or bot listings and enhance user engagement.
  • Analytics: To improve site functionality and user experience.
  • Payments: To facilitate premium memberships through Stripe, without storing financial information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to:

  • Provide the Products you request.
  • Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of BrowseAura, Discollab users, or others.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

  • Listings Management: You can edit or delete your server or bot listings at any time.
  • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your Discollab account by contacting us at the email provided below.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Discollab uses cookies and third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) to improve functionality and measure usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Discollab is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 13.
