Adding Your Bot

How to create a listing for your Discord bot using our Dashboard.

  1. Login to our dashboard.
  2. Begin setting up your listing. Here's the info we require to keep your listing enabled and visible:
    • Application ID: The ID for your Discord bot.
    • Invite: A valid invite that allows users to invite your bot to a server of their choice.
    • Category: A category from our pre-defined selection of Discord bot categories.
    • Short description: A brief message describing what users can expect when using your bot.
    • Full description: A long, and styled description providing more information on your bot.
  3. Wait for approval! At Discollab, we have to review newly created bot listings to ensure full compliance with our guidelines. This process can take up to 24-hours, or in rare cases up to 7-days. During this review process, your submitted listing can't be edited or deleted. Once it's been approved it'll be enabled and visible to the public on Discollab. At this time, you'll be able to view the bot listing in your dashboard and edit its contents. Rejected bot listings are simply deleted.

Managing Your Bot Listing

How to maintain your new listing and ensure it remains enabled.

Your bot listing may be automatically disabled and hidden from the public if any of the following are detected:

  • Private bot: Your Discord bot isn't public. Users aren't able to add your bot to a server of their choice.
  • Invalid invite: The invite you provided for your bot has a typo, or is otherwise invalid.
  • Unknown Bot: Your Discord bot no longer exists.
  • Guidelines violation: The listing and its content or its Discord bot violates our guidelines.

Your bot listing will be automatically enabled and visible to the public soon after any outstanding problems have been addressed. Now, you can get back to growth!
