These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discollab, its products, and services ("Products"). Discollab is a product operated by BrowseAura, a registered business in AB, Canada ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Updated: August 28, 2025You may use our Products only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited.
If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity:
Some Products may be software or scripts downloaded to your device. You agree that we may automatically update these Products, and these Terms will apply to such updates.
Subject to these Terms and our policies (including Community Guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Products.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not display, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer, or upload any portion of our Products for commercial purposes.
You may submit your Discord server or bot listing, including profile pictures, names, IDs, avatars, and related information ("User Content"). You retain all rights and are solely responsible for your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us and other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your content solely for the operation and promotion of our Products. We may remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or our policies. Copies shared with others may persist even after deletion.
After account termination or removal of User Content, we may retain it for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Users may also retain and continue to use shared content.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. Submission of feedback does not waive our rights to similar feedback obtained elsewhere.
We strive to protect your content and account, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any compromise.
Our Products may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these, and you access them at your own risk. We are not liable for third-party content, services, or actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you remain bound by Sections 2 and 5-11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrowseAura, the operator of Discollab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We take no responsibility for User Content posted by you or others. Users may encounter inaccurate or offensive content. Report any inappropriate content to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from:
For disputes, contact us first to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the courts of Alberta, Canada, excluding class or representative actions, except for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or data security.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
All payments for Discollab are processed through Stripe; we are only a platform for integration. BrowseAura operates Discollab and facilitates access to the Products with Stripe as the payment processor. You acknowledge that BrowseAura does not store payment information and is not directly responsible or liable for processing transactions. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your jurisdiction.
Notifications: We may provide legal notices electronically.
Changes: We may revise Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Assignment: You may not transfer rights; we may assign freely.
Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions will be limited or removed without affecting remaining Terms.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
